DEFINING YOUR TARGET AUDIENCES

In order to realize your vision, you will need the support of more types
of audiences than just your primary audience: investors, press partners,
(potential) employees, beneficiaries, producers, etc. Understanding who
these audiences are and mapping them out helps you to get a clearer
understanding of how you can enlist them in your journey towards
change. Defining what you want them to recognize you for and
brainstorming how you can achieve that gives you a strategic roadmap
for your actions and communications.
